Customer service was awesome and helps to match a flavor that I was looking for that they didn't have, I ended up finding another that I'm going to get the next time I go. Also comes with a flavor that's so close to the one I was looking for I can't tell the difference. There's also a mod but I'm going to buy next time I'm there and our prices are pretty good too!”

“Team leader Stephanie is amazing. I had a difficult situation with false advertising and Stephanie was more than extremely helpful. She resolved my issue quickly and efficiently and she is the ONLY reason I will shop there a second time. I initially felt scammed by shady advertising to enter the store in the first place; but team leader Stephanie resolved my complaint in a very satisfactory manner. I may not shop here again because of the corporate scandalous advertising, but if I do it will be because her stellar customer service skills were above and beyond her pay grade. Academy would do well to promote her as an example of people skills that make the customer experience worthwhile.”
