“Because of John Ash's excellent care after surgery for a torn rotator cuff, I have full range of motion, and know what exercises to use to keep my shoulder healthy. John Ash explains what he is doing, why, and how it helps. He knows which treatments are most effective, and is flexible enough to adjust treatments and home exercises to movements I am comfortable with. He is attends to administering therapy at the right level and pace, and takes the time to address questions completely. I keep meeting others who have had similar injuries, but do not know the effective movements and practices John uses. Many did not recover as well as I have, so I thought it worth my time to let others know that the physical therapy at PT first is definitely a cut above the rest. Did I mention, the sessions are fun, too?”

“Our Family has ALWAYS used Max Sass whenever their services are required. They have done my Father, uncles, aunts, grandmother, my brother and now, my Mother. I cannot tell you how much we appreciate their “above and beyond” service is to us. My mother had passed on a cruise ship and when it came time for her remains to be shipped to Wisconsin for burial, she missed the connecting flight! Max Sass STAYED there and waited for the next flight to come in. They rallied for us for the cargo department to stay “open”, passed their closing time, in order for Max Sass to retrieve her. This was a Friday night and the cargo department is closed over the weekend. We were able to inter her on Saturday morning and flew back home to Texas that day. Had it not been for Max Sass and their wonderful team, we would have had to wait til Monday and my mother would have sat in a cargo bay over the weekend. I would use no other competitors when their services are needed. They are kind, compassionate and became our voice in our time of need.
