“I brought my locked safe into the store so it could be opened so I could retrieve the spare key out of it. The gentleman who serviced me was the same one who took my call less than a half hour before. He was polite on the phone and just as kind in store. He said he would not have to break the lock like other Locksmith’s stated prior. He opened and checked my identity to verify it was mine as I asked him too. He offered to make a copy of the key as a backup so it didn’t happen again. He even helped me get it into my car. Nice costumer service and very reliable. I would recommend them to anyone.”

“Our Family has ALWAYS used Max Sass whenever their services are required. They have done my Father, uncles, aunts, grandmother, my brother and now, my Mother. I cannot tell you how much we appreciate their “above and beyond” service is to us. My mother had passed on a cruise ship and when it came time for her remains to be shipped to Wisconsin for burial, she missed the connecting flight! Max Sass STAYED there and waited for the next flight to come in. They rallied for us for the cargo department to stay “open”, passed their closing time, in order for Max Sass to retrieve her. This was a Friday night and the cargo department is closed over the weekend. We were able to inter her on Saturday morning and flew back home to Texas that day. Had it not been for Max Sass and their wonderful team, we would have had to wait til Monday and my mother would have sat in a cargo bay over the weekend. I would use no other competitors when their services are needed. They are kind, compassionate and became our voice in our time of need. “Emma the daycare director is the most caring person I've ever worked with in the childcare industry. She is understanding, and welcoming. She was the only facility in our area that was able to work with our needs/schedules on a last minute basis and we loved our time there. My daughter loved going and never cried once being dropped off or picked up and I havent witnessed any child crying at drop off. I highly recommend this center to anyone looking for childcare in the area. They are very reasonably priced and the staff are amazing.
