Lowe's Home Improvement

I believe Lowe's has come a long way. My first impression several years ago was very poor. It was impossible to locate employees at that point. Now employees are easy to see and helpful. The products have improved as far as selection goes. I'm a Menards backer, now not so much.

This Lowe's EXCEEDS 5 stars in customer service. Tonight I needed help with wall panels I purchased that wouldn't fit in my Jeep. I live RIGHT down the road from Lowe's, and it had just started snowing heavily! I was going to see if I could borrow a roller to get it to my place, but the manager himself offered to load up his truck and transport it to my home on his way out. I can't thank Jon enough for his kind gesture to help! Top notch customer service, going above and beyond!!!

Great quality and selection and professional staff. We bought a storm door and the installer did a perfect job! Love their light fixture selections and paint. Great oiled bronze lights. Staff helpful and courteous. Well worth the drive.

Lowe's is a decent big box hardware store. This specific location is well kept and has decent prices. The employees were pretty helpful and friendly. My only complaint was that they didn't have a very wide selection of a specific tool I was looking for. Other than that, it is a nice store. Also it seems like this store is dog friendly as I noticed another customer with his dog and the store had dog treat containers with free teats to give your pet while they are in the store. I'd recommend Lowe's to anyone who needs to make a quick stop for home improvement supplies, especially if you like to shop with your pup!
