“This Lowe's EXCEEDS 5 stars in customer service. Tonight I needed help with wall panels I purchased that wouldn't fit in my Jeep. I live RIGHT down the road from Lowe's, and it had just started snowing heavily! I was going to see if I could borrow a roller to get it to my place, but the manager himself offered to load up his truck and transport it to my home on his way out. I can't thank Jon enough for his kind gesture to help! Top notch customer service, going above and beyond!!!”
