“Luther Manor is a wonderful place. My mother in law is 96 and has been there for seven years. We have found all the staff we have ever dealt with to be wonderful, caring, and ready to listen. The facilities are beautiful and clean. I don’t know how they do it, but you don’t smell bad odors (ex. urine smells, etc). Other nursing homes should learn from them. My mother in law is happy there and often mentions how nice the staff is. We are happy too. The nurses have even gone out of their way to FaceTime us twice during the shutdown due to the Covid-19 virus. The guard (a retired Milwaukee police officer) at the US Government Office I worked at had a wife who worked there as a nurse for 28 years. She loved working there and he would volunteer there because it was such a positive place. He would often tell me that if he ever needed a nursing home, this is where he would want to go. As a result, when my mother in law needed a place seven years ago, we were thrilled to be able to get her in. We have never regretted that decision.”

“I took my wedding dress here to be cleaned before my big day, as my dress had been sitting in its bag for two years collecting dust! It had plenty of miscellaneous spots on it so I took it to Joys and they cleaned it right up. Very fast and professional and the price felt right. “What an amazing company. I bought a gas insert from the so called Chimney Doctors. It has never run correctly. It would shut itself off, blow out it's pilot, smoke....etc. You name the condition, this insert had it. I had the so called "Doctors" out to clean and inspect it many times. No change. I had other companies like Burlington Fireplace come out, no help, just an expensive vacuuming out of the unit. Had Heritage come try to fix it, again, expensive cleaning with no results. I was finally referred to StoneCraft Studios by a Chimney Sweeper who highly recommended them. What an amazing experience. The technician cleaned the unit, painted the logs to look brand new and replaced the bright embers. He found that a rod had a little corrosion on it, so he polished that up. He put the logs back into the insert the right way and now the unit runs better than it ever has before, even when it was brand new. And their cost for doing this was about 1/3 less than other "cleanings" that I've had done on the unit. Seems like the original "Doctors" didn't know how to properly put in the logs and that was messing up the whole unit from the get-go. Couldn't be happier with StoneCraft, they have a customer for life.”

“I was treated at Team Rehab for neck problems then continued with therapy after a recent shoulder repair. I was just cleared after the great care I received. I was treated by Scott Behring along with help from John and Vic. I was pushed to work hard and it paid off! The atmosphere at Team Rehab is nothing like I have seen before. Everyone is always in a great mood, happy to see you walk in and are always ready with a greeting that makes you feel good. The friendships I made there will last forever. None of the hard work seems so hard when you are guided and encouraged by your friends. If you listen to their directions and trust they know how best to treat you, you will be just as successful as I was. I know the LIFE SAVERS at Team Rehab have given me my life back. I plan to keep up with the numerous exercises I was taught there. I would not hesitate to return if needed, but I hope that doesn't happen. “My fiancé got the best haircut hes ever gotten here. We did a walk in on Sunday, September 7th around 5PM. He was hesitant to try, but we decided to give it a go since no one ever cuts his hair good. Well, needless to say the young man who cut my fiancé’s hair did an amazing job. He took his time and gave him a very well blended fade. Seems like you have to make sure you go to the right barber at this shop. Unfortunately, my fiancé didn’t get the barber’s name, but we will come back for him next time!”

“I am a patient of Dr. Thao. Dr. Thao always takes time to address my concerns, explain the procedures and provide prompt and very comfortable dental solutions. I never felt pushed in to procedure and every step was explained in details. The staff in the clinic is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and professional. “We called Chris the day of my mother's issue. Her toilet was backed up and she was having all types of plumbing issues. Chris and his assistant came out in the middle of a winter storm to assess her plumbing issues. Sherry who was in constant contact with myself and my mother (71 yrs. young) informed us of when Chris and his assistant would come out to her home to look at the problem. They were there in no time. They fixed the plumbing in the home and even went outside underneath her trailer. He informed us of the problems under ground which clearly can't be rectified until Spring given the harsh winter weather and that was out of their control. However, the did fix the inside plumbing within the mobile home. They explained everything to us and charged a reasonable amount for coming on such short notice and working in a snow storm. They were very polite and did what they could thoroughly informing us that they clearly couldn't fix what was wrong underground due to the harsh winter weather, however they stated they would come back to fix the issue underground when the weather had subsided. Top notch job and we will certainly call them again to come out. Fantastic people, responsive immediately and tell you what's happen in layman's terms. We will certainly recommend Tuffys to other's in need of plumbing repair or diagnostics.”
