“This is an amazing studio! The owners, instructors, and front desk personnel and are very friendly and helpful. The classes are challenging and exciting; I always have fun and have a good laugh or two. The recovery period is always reinforced by an amazing positive message and it really pumps me up for the last few tracks. The classes always have different music which is really refreshing, and each instructor has their own style. I was always a runner, but tried out a few classes here and I was hooked! The first class is free, which is awesome! I tried it out and I haven't looked back! I've brought my mom and my sister here for classes and they both felt it was a great workout! I definitely recommend checking out PowerCycle ASAP!”

“Dropped in at Badger CrossFit while visiting Milwaukee for business. I had such a nice experience here! They participate in the level method, which was a good sign since my own CrossFit box at home is a level method gym as well. The coach leading class was very encouraging and knowledgeable. He had solid demonstration of the movements, and explained the workout clearly. He was also warm and welcoming, and announced me to the rest of the class which is always nice when you’re “the new kid” for the day. This kind of welcome encouraged other athletes to come over and introduce themselves and welcome me to the badger family for the day. The facility itself was pretty expansive, and had clean and up to date equipment. The programming was solid and on this particular day included handstand work, dumbbell work, and some Olympic movements as well. Setting up my drop in was pretty easy, reached out ahead of time to get reserved and sign my waiver before class. I also got a cool badger CrossFit T for my husband.. the graphic of the badger is pretty badass if you ask me! I definitely recommend badger CrossFit to anyone who’s visiting from out of town, or local and looking to take their fitness to the next level through CrossFit!”

The variety of classes offered is wonderful....both hot yoga and non-heated, beginner classes and power yoga, various interesting guest workshops, and even yoga retreats are offered. I love going there because I can always find what I need...whether that's needing to get a good sweat on and challenge myself, or just stretching things out and being more relaxed.
