“I went to Barnes because the reviews were good and initially was somewhat concerned as the shop is somewhat messy and not as clean as I would like. However it was very clear as he evaluated my ring that he was knowledgeable and based on the reviews I had him put butterfly Springs into both my wedding band and engagement band. These work wonderfully and now my ring stay in place. I will go back to him for additional repair work. I saw some of his work and it's quite lovely. I encourage you not to be turned off by the storefront presentation. He has the skills to do good work at a very fair price”

“So I bought a new bike as a surprise for my son the day before a big race. I needed the number plate numbered and was in a major rush. I didn't think I could get it done on time. Called fast signs and they said they could do it for $51....I laughed....walked in to QUICK SIGNS and he got me exactly what I wanted , actually installed the numbers in the plate and got me out the door in less than 10 minutes. Shake of the hand and he said "it's on the house". How much better business can you do...I will definitely give them all of my business and definitely refer everyone to them... OUTSTANDING!!!!!!”

“I took a wheel class here over the summer, and then signed up for a hand-building class that is currently in session. Both experiences have been great. The teachers and rest of the staff are knowledgeable and approachable. There's a fabulous selection of glazes, and the layout is really relaxing and easy to navigate. I had taken classes at another local studio in the past, but Cream City Clay is way better. There's a nice variety of classes, and the staff encourages novice potters, which was not really the case with the other place.”
