From the hanging baskets to potted plants, everything is exceptional. You can find multiple colors and sizes. Plants that droop over the sides from their sheer size to plants that shine in all their glory. You won't find anything dead or clinging to life. I was never at the Franklin store prior to the change in management so I have nothing to compare with. Edwin has been taking care of us. Very courteous and helpful to my special needs daughter and myself. I would say he even goes out of his way to offer little incentives to make my whole experience better. Jim has helped me numerous times when he worked at the Oak Creek store. He is fantastic! Always VERY HELPFUL! I HIGHLY recommend these two guys!”
