“My wife insisted that I go to a gentlemen’s club having never been to one before. We live close to Silk so it was decided that we go there. I was pleasantly surprised! I was surprised to be able to the girls topless. All the ladies were very good looking, professional, and extremely athletic. What they can do on a pole is remarkable! They come from Canada so it was going to take several days and we are in the middle of playoffs. Milos took a blade off a skate he had in stock to make sure my son could play. “We rented here from August 2022-2023 and I can't recommend Northpointe enough! I was skeptical about living in an apartment building because of all the horror stories you hear about bad neighbors, noise, etc... But our experience this year has been great. The apartments are huge and well-maintained (a rarity in the Milwaukee area unless you want to pay 2k a month) and it was nice having a balcony! They allow lights and decorations and stuff so we made ours a cozy place with potted plants and a light strip. They're constantly doing improvements and cleaning and it keeps the whole place looking really nice. The apartments are very soundproof as well- I think we only heard our neighbors like once or twice in the year we've been here. Jodi is a really sweet building manager and responds quickly and professionally to emails and is usually available during normal hours in the week. She has been very accommodating to us and it made our time here even better. Oh, and they vet people very closely when accepting applications, so all our neighbors are really nice people and most of our interactions have been so friendly! It's a very safe area and I've never had to worry about anything being stolen or damaged. If I move back to the area, I'd love to live here again!”

“We've shopped at three suppliers of granite to find countertop material for our kitchen remodel (that hasn't started yet). We have NOT purchased granite from StoneX or any supplier, but I have to rate the experience we've had at StoneX. It's in a non-descript building at the far end of a dead-end street. It's in a small industrial park area just off 108th St and around the corner from Able Plumbing & Culver's. (It's not visible from 108th.) You don't need an appointment, and they are open M-Sat. First, their inventory is AMAZING! After you walk through a very nice reception area, you are among rows and rows and rows of neatly stacked, well-labeled slabs of granite (including fusion, quartzite, etc.), marble and quartz. Then you can go into an additional, huge room with MORE rows of the same materials. It's all INSIDE (heated!), clean, very well-lit and again, the slabs are labeled. Each label displays the name, if any, type & mining location of that slab and a graph that indicates the approximate cost range of the slab from 1 to 12+. The graph's main purpose for me was it allowed me to compare the general cost of the ones on my long list of "favorites". If you've shopped for granite, I think you too will greatly appreciate that little graph. The only ones I've kept pictures of are my favs because I was getting so confused; but I wish I had the photos I took of the EXPANSE of their warehouse.* Of course, way back at reception, you've been offered help by one of the sales staff. TAKE IT. They KNOW their inventory, they know granite, and they can save you hours of wandering aimlessly, not to mention getting "lost" in the rows! When, if you narrow down your favorites and really, really want to see the second slab that's stacked behind the one you love, they will HAVE IT MOVED on the spot. Of course, time of day and availability of staff may influence their ability to do that, but they will if they can. We were surprised and delighted, to say the least. When you've chosen a few particular slabs that you are serioursly interested in, they will send the info on them to the fabricator of your choice for an estimate. PLUS, you'll have a written copy of the ones you picked. And then when you check email later, you'll get a pdf WITH PHOTOS of the selections they will send to the fabricator. It's the most organized granite supply warehouse I've ever seen, and the staff is GREAT. Just be prepared to be overwhelmed.... *(And when you take photos of your "likes", be sure to include their label in the photo so you remember later. Believe me, you won't otherwise!)”
