This place is amazing! I was completely out of storage on my iPhone but I’m trying to wait until the new ones come out. I stopped here to see if they had any ideas. Jake was super helpful! A lot of my storage was apparently ‘other’ and safari. He was able to get those cleared and now I’m back down to only half full!!!! While I was there, he also helped me with my bill. I can’t not say enough great things about my experience at this store. I will definitely be preordering my iPhone Jake. If you go see him, tell him Kallie with a K sent you.

Tim at the Grafton location is awesome! I highly recommend having him assist you with anything you need! He is very knowledgeable, not pushy and very patient ;) Thanks again Tim for all your help!!

Tim and Blue have been SO helpful in getting us set up with three new phones! They made sure our plan was still fitting our family, made sure our phones were suited to us individually and that they were protected.
