“If you have a late night pickup, they have a different facility a few miles away. I waited around and broker kept telling me they’re waiting on me but nobody was at this location. Then using the power of google I found their other facility down the road and those guys are there all night and were waiting for me. Got loaded quick and glad I didn’t wait all night for this warehouse to open just to send me there anyways lol. I hope this information helps you not waste your time waiting for them to open!”

“My sweet Elvis Presley. Dr Whitworth is one of a kind! She did the MOST of any veterinary doctor I’ve EVER been blessed to come across. She took the time to go ever every detail of his medical record, which were complicated. We sorted it all out, and she offered both expensive, and non expensive treatment options. I had already spent thousands of dollars trying to save my puppy. He was very sick, and wasn’t responding to any treatment offered. She was honest, and loving to all of his needs as we’re every part of her staff. They know me by name, voice and face. The office is clean and very friendly and fast. Elvis sadly, didn’t make it. We had to help him cross the rainbow bridge and his staff made his transition the most comfortable and easy for both myself, and him. They gave the best discount and price the could and the utmost respect. If we ever decide to have another animal, Dr Whitworth will be the only vet we trust. Thank you for loving us, and our Elvis. Great Job village Vet. Five star is an understatement ❤️”

My Wife Judith and I rented a Climate Controlled Storage Unit at Grafton Self Storage on May 24, 2021 and wish to offer the following comments: The Manager, Eve Jones, went "above and beyond" on our behalf to meet us at the Facility PRIOR to our Sign Up Date! Eve was extremely personable, professional, and patient with us as she explained how to access the Facility with Our "Personal Code" and also explained the billing/payment process/options!...Eve was ever so kind to find us a Unit close to the Loading Dock, and even graciously provided an "Upgrade" from Our requested 10 x 10 space to a larger 10 x 13 space at no additional charge!...We have made 4 visits to the facility over the past three weeks, bringing personal effects, and on each occasion, the Facility has been easy to access, utterly immaculate, well-lit, and a pleasure to utilize with the convenient "Loading Carts" available for Client use!...THANK YOU for Everything, EVE...we are so very delighted that we chose Grafton Self-Storage to store our personal effects!...... “Because spring is here, and the weather was looking great the next couple of days, I wanted to get to the car wash while I had time. I had thought they opened at 8, but was pleasantly surprised that when I got there it was already open and apparently I missed the first rush. The kind woman that works her butt off there is always patient and helpful. She was running the entrance and hustling back to also dry the vehicles. There was only one other person there at the time that was busy detailing a car. I really wanted to help but she said I was the customer and took great care of me. She did an excellent job!”
