“Everyone here is always helpful and knowledgeable about any question I ask. I take both my cats and dog here, and they always give me different treatment options for whatever the problem is. They never push anything on me that's optional- just offer it and maybe recommend it if it may be a problem in the future. The service is always prompt, appropriate, and what is asked for or needed. I've never met the owner, but one time I went in there were cookies available and I was told they were made by the owner. So I think they care about the buisness quite a bit.”

While he was working on our boat at the public landing a mechanic from another marina pulled in because he saw Bill's truck and was asking him questions about how to repair something and Bill was able to share some of his special knowledge with him. When we moved her in they had put two big bowls of her favorite snack (Grapes) in the fridge and had a little live flower waiting for her. “My furnace decided to go out when it hit record lows. My house was so cold, I was concerned about my pipes freezing. Within an hour of contacting Faust, they had someone (Jake I believe) come out to assess the problem. Once they realized the seriousness of the situation, Lori came out in the cold to do an estimate and she was also able to sign me up for a loan since I was unable to pay for the service in full at the time. Within an hour of that, Roman and William were here putting in my new furnace. I felt so bad that they had to come out in the freezing cold. It was so dangerous to be outside, even just for a few moments, but they were so kind and polite and not once made me feel like I was a bother. They did an amazing job, an within hours my house was warm again. Me and my pets can't thank them all enough. Faust has got a new faithful customer.”
