He rung me up for them full price on accident, I paid without realizing: I noticed before leaving the building and they tried to give me a refund. They were unable to, so asked me to come in the next day for manager Kayla to do it. Kayla was so kind and it was so easy to get a refund! Very professional place, I will be returning!”

“I'm absolutely in love with blended coffee!!!!. I usually get Vanilla or Caramel. I used to be Starbucks everything but I'll say Caribou is truly wonderful!!! I made the switch!I wanted to share an amazing picture I captured. This was my Vanilla Frappuccino! My friend had gone up and grabbed it so I didn't catch the name of Barista who made it but keep up the awesome work Caribou and what a great addition to New Richmond this drive through is! He listened very intently and asked clarifying and follow-up questions to make sure he knew exactly how I was feeling and where in my body I was feeling it before he started giving suggestions and diagnoses. He used some visuals to point out different muscles and tendons that were really helpful for me to fully understand my pain and his suggestions. “There was a couple of negative reviews on my report I don't even know who these people are. One person had a comment about my employees I don't have any employees. The other comment was about not sending plans to the state and installing a system without him. That is never been done by my company nor probably any other company in St Croix county. I do believe I do recall the person, he bought a property and didn't have the system installed. I was hired by the seller to pull the permit but it never got installed.”
