“I read some the of previous reviews and was surprised that my wife and myself have always had excellent customer service, even over the phone in dealing with loans and help buying a used car. I must say I am not a fan of some of the phone prompts and the slowness in the process to get to the correct individual to get assisted, but staff has always called back and were good with detail. Often, because of office proximity we run between three locations of River Falls, Hudson and New Richmond and the collaboration with our accounts has been easy. Thanks.”

“Chris and his crew have really helped my wife and I out multiple times now! Most recently, we were traveling in RF area last Friday and had an emergency engine problem up by Hudson. Chris was the only shop around that understood the urgency of the situation since we needed to be home by Sunday and everyone else was trying to schedule us for the following Tuesday. He went above and beyond, worked through lunch and made sure we were still on time for the wedding we were attending, let alone getting home before Sunday! In all, our issue occurred around 9:30, a misfire in cylinder 2, and by 3:00 we were back on the road. We highly recommend him to anyone in the RF area! He's communicative, affordable, and just cares like few other people do it seems. Thank you Chris and crew!”

“I’ve recently completed the confluence 6 hour trip and it was great! The river was a bit low so we did get stuck a few times and encountered some downed trees, but we enjoy the river challenge! I’ve always have used Kinni Creek outfitters and will continue to do so- I have never had a bad experience! Being our trip had us landing in Prescott, they gave us good info about the river areas to keep an eye out for, navigation tips for kayaking the St. Croix and great communication on pick up plans/times. While I will probably never do the confluence trip again (being in the st Croix was not our favorite) I will be back to Kinni Creek Outfitters again to get back out in the Kinnickinnic!”
