“Fantastic place it is what I have been looking for for over 2 years. Everyone there really knows there stuff. I bought a Jim Bowie smoker. I made a brisket on it also smoked ribs to very tender and moist loved it all great flavor. Then we made pizza’s on the smoker done in 2 to 3 minutes they tasted great to made several varieties of pizza’s and everyone of them where great. Now today trying to smoke 2 different flavored turkeys . We will see how they come out later. Soaked them in 2 different types of brine. You all are fantastic there....... Thank all of your for a great experience when someone knows what there selling and helping them on everything. Again thank you”
