“I’m asthmatic with terrible allergies and knew the old carpets in my house were a contributing factor. I called the carpet guys and started looking into installing hardwood or laminate. Not something I was thrilled about doing because I hate walking on cold floors. I mentioned it during my in home estimate when I was politely asked to wait a moment while he ran back to his vehicle. He came back with TONS of carpet samples that were allergen friendly! I didn’t know nearly or completely allergen free carpets even existed?! Happy that I could keep my beloved carpets, I started picking away at all the samples. I had a slew of questions and difficulty deciding which carpet I wanted to go with. The salesman was very patient with me and explained everything in great detail. He smiled, answered all my questions and I even went with one of his recommendations. I say this only because I have a very small house and was not a high paying customer. Service you’d expect from someone that was spending a large sum of money with. It’s nice to know there are still good businesses out there. The kind that appreciate each and every customer, from every walk of life.”

“I ordered a trailer rim to be used as a spare from this company. Unfortunately the warehouse selector shipped the wrong rim. It happens. I told myself i would never order from this company again as it was my first time ordering from them. I called customer service and spoke with a very professional and pleasant i might ad young lady by the first name of Maddy. She requested a picture of the rim i received and i sent it out within 10 minutes. 15 minutes after i sent out the picture i received an email from her that the correct rim was going out by the end of the day. “The staff at the Jackson Post Office are nothing short of AMAZING! Always happy & friendly no matter how busy they are & most importantly, they know their customers. A special thank you to Colleen for special handling my medication after a mix up with our forwarding. She saw it come in, knew we were already at our temporary out of state location & packaged it up with one other item & sent it to me along with a note of explaination & a Christmas greeting to us & our family. She is truly a keeper & deserves recognition. This is why I support my Post Office. I can go anywhere to buy stamps or ship something but the service isn't the same as what I always get at the Jackson Post Office.”

“After neglecting my back and neck for 5 years I decided to schedule an appointment at JCC due to convenience and because they accept my insurance. I have been going to a chiropractor since I was 14 and worked for one for a short time so I knew what to expect going in. When I first walked in to make a new patient appointment I was greeted with a friendly face from Jill, the receptionist. She was very knowledgeable, took my insurance information and just genuinely seemed to care about my concerns and why I was making my appointment. Fast forward to today, I had my first appointment and Jill had all my insurance info entered in to their system and told me about my insurance benefits and the coverage. I then met Dr Clayborn. He was very friendly and listened to me, asked me about my activities that aggravate my back and neck and started his treatment plan from there. Due to me not having digital images in a long time he took some new ones and showed me the issues he saw in the images and explained in detail the affects it has on my body. Doctor then did some stretches with me and minor manipulation. He gave me what he thought was the best treatment plan was for me and I agreed. I am beyond satisfied with my first visit and I suggest that if you are looking for a chiropractor to go set up an appointment with Jill and see Dr Clayborn.”
