“I have AAA. I was driving my old school to another location when it broke down. I called AAA and they sent me a tow truck and driver from Bob's Main Street Towing. I was so pleased with Sharon. She was well aware of how to hook up to my classic car. I was very impressed. She was fast, friendly and very competent at her job. This happened on 12/10/23 3pm truck 46 I hope when and if I need more help I get her again. That would be great. She has an amazing personality and chooses to do the proper job.”

“My last experience with these folks was aggravating from start to finish. However, I'm giving them 5 stars because of the manager (who's name eludes me at the moment). I explained my frustration with the scheduler giving me the wrong time, to the service department not only being unable to answer my service-related questions but quoting me two vastly different prices for the same work. The manager listened to my concerns (again, I apologize that I can not recall his name), and seemed to take an interest in fixing the rampant internal communication problems. So, despite my frustrations, I have to give Heiser 5 stars solely because of that manager.”

Making the appointment was very easy. I had called and then received a text message confirming my appointment. Nice touch! I was greeted right away when I entered the facility. The treatment made you feel good about choosing this location. I was shown physically on what needed and what did not need repair. The repair cost was stated up front and no deviation or up-sell. My repair was able to be made the same day. I imagine sum cases might not be the case. With lots of auto repair shops in town. Keep Auto Safety Center West Bend as a top tier repair shop.”
