“I had a last-minute commission come through, meant as a Christmas gift for a client out of state in WI (I’m in TX). It was such a great experience, I felt led to write a review. I’ve worked with Minuteman Press before both here in Dallas and in Sacramento, both with positive outcomes and in both corporate and personal capacities. Normally, I’d request a proof, but I decided not to just because of the time constraints. I put my trust in the West Bend office, and it was not misplaced! They made it easy to get the job done. They did not disappoint! Everything went so smoothly! They were very transparent when a print did not meet their standards and were very quick to remedy it at no extra cost. They maintained communication throughout and were quite pleasant to speak with over the phone. Distance was not an issue in the slightest. The finished product is spectacular! The client and his family to who he gifted the prints are very happy with the product, as am I. I could not be happier with Minuteman Press, especially the folks at this office. Very good work!”

“A few months ago, I came here and asked to buy the remainder of a case of energy drinks that I could clearly see between the soda shelves... the girl working told me that there was no more because she had just stocked it... So of course I went and took a picture to show her. Her next response was that she was too busy to help... the store was empty. So I left my purchase on the counter and left. About 12 cans of soda. Just went there today and the manager working was extremely helpful and told me that the previous girls no longer worked there. That's awesome. Thank you for getting rid of the people that obviously don't care about their job or place of employment. People don't seem to realize, there isn't money for raises to be paid more... if you intentionally don't bring in more sales. You are only hurting yourself. If it had been her store, would she have turned away a sale because she didn't want to leave the front counter and stop playing on her phone?”

“I grew up in West Bend and went to this optometrist for a few years, but have since moved out of town. Recently, I flew back to West Bend but my airline lost my luggage which had my contact lenses in them. The staff helped me get my prescription sent over from my current optometrist and they helped me get a few pairs to hold me over. It’s clear that the Doctor and staff care about their patients and want to help them!”

They delivered them with a nicely handwritten card, with my "birth-tirement" message on it. The flowers they picked were beautiful and perfectly appropriate. I appreciated that they could pick the bouquet better than I, so I chose the option "Studio Design - Standard" when ordering. “Taking on your own landscaping project? You can do it with Steins! I’ve never undertaken such a task. I did do my research on perennials good for my area, but definitely an amateur. I walked in with my plans on a Sunday without an appointment not really knowing what to expect. I had the pleasure of dealing with Nick, a manager and a very friendly, informative young man. He took all the time I needed and talked with me thoroughly. He walked my cart through the aisles, explaining the pros and cons of each plant. He really went into full detail, curious about my soil, and what was planted there before. Also, my ideas of space, color, maintenance, and of course the deer issue in my neighborhood. Within 90 minutes I had my new front yard. I got some great deals on 2/for plants such as Hydrangea, which comes with a 2-year warranty (as does many other plants and shrubs). He advised that in order to keep my flowers their color, such as hybrid Hydrangea, I’d need sulfur and lime. I can’t believe this all happened on a Sunday afternoon whim after battling my project for nearly 3 years. Greta, another manager was also amazing! She was very helpful, informative and was quick to help Nick load my car. Dennis, you have some amazing employees right there. I have a whole new perspective on Steins. I feared franchise businesses might not be the same, but I was wrong. The fact I get a warranty on many of my products is so reassuring. I can also bring a plant to them if it’s not doing well and they will help me diagnose the problem. So happy with my new front yard. And it didn’t cost me thousands like a landscaper would. Thank you.”

“My experience at Fuel Powersports was top-notch. Having bought a motorcycle earlier this year at another dealership, I can say that this has been the best experience I’ve had. Brandon was friendly and made me and my family feel welcome at the dealership. When I arrived, my motorcycle was clean and waiting for me in the display area. He presented us with an experienced technician with knowledge of all the electronic features and maintenance to give us a rundown of the specs. I started the process around noon, and by 5 pm, I was already riding home with a full tank on the house. In just a couple of hours, they took care of me professionally, vs. my previous experience where I got approved, and after a three days wait to pick it up, the motorcycle was not ready for me when I arrived.
