They actually brought out several large space heaters to keep my home warm until they could finish the repairs. They always arrive on time, their service people are helpful, listen to my concerns, and answer my questions. They recently installed a new AC system and Rick went out of his way to get my unit positioned so it wasn't sinking into my planting bed again. I give them an A+”

“After the initial meeting we knew they were the perfect wedding photographers for us! They are professional, knowledgeable, and caring. Unfortunately, our wedding reception had to get postponed due to the virus but we were able to have a very intimate wedding ceremony with only our parents in attendance. They drove all the way down to Racine to capture our very special day for a few hours and will come back for our reception next year. It meant the world to us that they would do that. We received our wedding day pictures within the quick time frame they told us and the pictures are beautiful. They captured all of the emotions we were experiencing. We can't wait for the reception. “Furniture costs money. Good furniture costs good money… I don’t know what people expect. lol. I would say their prices are about 5-10% higher than you could find online. If local service doesn’t have that much value to you, don’t use it. Simple. That said, this store, and frankly every store we’ve contacted lately has very low to no stock of what we were looking for. The “back in stock time” is so long in fact, they refuse to sell floor models. Makes sense, you’d eventually have an empty showroom… I recognize almost none of that is their fault, and I’d certainly go back. I just wouldn’t expect to be able to get anything I pay for within the better part of a year or more. I can’t just burn hundreds of dollars to wait nearly a year for the opportunity to obtain what I partially paid for already, basically on a hope and a prayer they don’t fold or something else goes wrong in the world. Sort of at an impasse that’s really not their fault and I don’t know what could even be done differently. Just know, going in, you’re looking at months to a year before you’ll be able to get some things to your home.”
