“We had a wedding at Regner Park this weekend with about 90 guests. I worked with Alex to help plan the event. It was very challenging because we didn’t know what the weather would be. He was incredibly flexible and changing the order when we learned that it was going to be sunny on our special day. He helped me to convert from a large tent to seat everybody to a smaller tent to serve as a social hour area with shade, while adding many more great touches like linens, and the backdrop behind the head table to stay at about the same cost. Buratta dish was execellent to me, but my husband wanted cheese to be more milky and squishy inside. (The way it wasn’t made me love it! Ha) EDIT: we went back again and ordered again and it was 1 milky cheesy goodness (rather than 4 individual balls like the first one) … honestly, both ways were excellent. Steak was cooked medium rare to perfection. Seasoned beautifully. Would definitely recommend.”
