“I was debating whether to write a review. On one hand I can express the level of care I have received, on the other hand everyone in the area may start coming here and significantly increase my banking time. I have been through a few Chase banks over the last ~10 years. Downtown Chase was great, but my banker left and I moved west. Started going to the one on Butler as well as W Capitol Dr, both are disappointing, which forced me to start working with other banks. I will say that Tanasha and Tenisha are both amazing at W Capitol Dr, but the rest of the team is below average. I found this branch by accident. I have a handful of accounts and utilize a fair range of services from Chase. I first came in due to some unusual banking charges on my account, bank manager took care of them right away. He knew his stuff and did not have to call Chase headquarters to ask a million questions (this will happen at Chase on W Capitol Dr). Every time I have come to this branch the bank manager is always there. If there is a line with the teller then he will open up another window and expedite the process. I have not seen this before with a bank manager, very impressive. The bank teller Saifa is amazing. Very friendly, great memory, and extremely efficient. Hands down best bank teller I have ever worked with. Adam is a great banker, very efficient and knowledgeable. I highly urge you to avoid this bank on Tuesdays and Saturdays, those are my days.”

“The last month I attended 2 events at this club. One was a birthday party the second event was an opens house and party for existing members. Tony who is the best PR person for this club. “I have to give a shout out to Lauren and Matt. I think Matt runs the store and Lauren is a customer service representative - she is the BEST. Not only is she friendly and helpful, but she pays attention to detail. I had gone into the store about a week ago, I needed ketchup and the pump/bag was empty- I informed an employee and she replied with "well there are packets, just use those". Well, um excuse me, no thanks, I don't want to have to open 20 ketchup packets I prefer to just pump some ketchup into a plastic cup. She acted SO annoyed, I stood there and said "I will wait for you to change out the bag". She walked away and NEVER returned. Thankfully, Lauren had noticed what was going on. She came over to me and apologized up and down, I think she was embarrassed by the lack of customer service shown by her co-worker. She offered me a $5 gift card, which was not necessary but was SO appreciated. So even though I had a bad experience, that was just with ONE single employee. Everyone else is amazing though. They treat me like family and I LOVE that. I am sad that i no longer work near this store, but whenever I am in the area i always make sure to stop in and say hi :) Keep it up! Lauren, I hope Don (the owner of Kwik Trip) sees this post and rewards you the way you deserve!”
