“I have to give a shout out to Lauren and Matt. I think Matt runs the store and Lauren is a customer service representative - she is the BEST. Not only is she friendly and helpful, but she pays attention to detail. I had gone into the store about a week ago, I needed ketchup and the pump/bag was empty- I informed an employee and she replied with "well there are packets, just use those". Well, um excuse me, no thanks, I don't want to have to open 20 ketchup packets I prefer to just pump some ketchup into a plastic cup. She acted SO annoyed, I stood there and said "I will wait for you to change out the bag". She walked away and NEVER returned. Thankfully, Lauren had noticed what was going on. She came over to me and apologized up and down, I think she was embarrassed by the lack of customer service shown by her co-worker. She offered me a $5 gift card, which was not necessary but was SO appreciated. So even though I had a bad experience, that was just with ONE single employee. Everyone else is amazing though. They treat me like family and I LOVE that. I am sad that i no longer work near this store, but whenever I am in the area i always make sure to stop in and say hi :) Keep it up! Lauren, I hope Don (the owner of Kwik Trip) sees this post and rewards you the way you deserve!”

“My experience with the people at Paramount was 100% excellent. Every one of the staff seemed to be very interested in my needs, was very professional and yet very friendly. It may be a personality defect or simply an evil streak but very often in these situations, when someone is explaining something they have done a million times, I will ask "why?". Very often they stop as if their brains have crashed. When I tried that here, they accepted it as a normal question and gave me the answers. (They must think I have the intelligence of a potato.) Very professional, very knowledgeable. Even though this is not part of some nation-wide, massive chain, the prices are in line with the big chains. Parking is very easy and the place is handicapped accessible. Excellent place for glasses.”
