“Dave with Fred’s is amazing every time we talk with him. Last Thursday while my son was taking a shower the water just stopped. 2 hours before our family pictures were to take place! He had been out 3 weeks earlier to just give us a review of our well system and said everything looked great and was running properly. Called Fred’s when the water went out, he remembered our property and said he would be shocked if it was the pump as he just took a look at the system. He said he was just leaving the shop and could be there shortly. Came quickly, diagnosed the issue with our pressure tank and had it fixed in 20 minutes. These guys are amazing and always so helpful and professional.”

“Nels Anderson Enterprises exceeded our expectations in every way. I put my husband off for over a year when he wanted to preemptively replace our hot water heater. It ended up failing during a week we hosted out of town guests. A call was placed on Friday after normal business hours and a message left for Nels Anderson. Nels returned our call the same evening letting us know that he was out of town but would have someone out the next day. Ryan showed up Saturday morning, evaluated our situation and agreed that the water heater needed replacement. He procured and installed a new water heater the same morning after removing and discarding the old. Ryan was polite, pleasant and knowledgeable.
