“4-7-23, 5:30pm. Our first visit. Very popular place, we had 30 minute wait so not to bad. Lots of parking in lot. Nice outdoor patio area, maybe eat outside in better weather. Food was very good! Pictured is the platter for 1, cheese curds, and fried pickles. We had the Grouper sandwich and kids mac n cheese too. You will NOT leave hungry. Kid and allergy friendly. Only issue with the food was the fried pickles: we like the pickle slices thicker and the dipping sauce could have more horseradish, but that's our preference. Bar has seating for about 25 and you can eat there too. Staff was friendly. Only suggestion would be to offer moist towelettes at the tables, ribs leave sticky fingers. Looking forward to next visit.”

“An absolute must stop. I happened to pass by on a Friday night motorcycle ride and decided to stop in and try the fish fry. Food was absolutely excellent, and I'm picky about fish frys. I sat outside with a wonderful view of the lake. Last but not least, some of the most friendly and quick service I've ever recieved. I will definitely be back”

“This place was on our bucket list of Lake Country taverns before the pandemic and we finally strolled in on a recent summer Saturday. The bloodies are great, made with a homemade mix, the fried chicken was flavorful and juicy (if almost too crispy) and the cheesesteak could feed a small family. This place has not been immune to the price hikes, just like everywhere (the $17.95 for the chicken) but the food was way better than expected, the bloodies are just right, and the beer is cold. The ambiance is exactly what you're thinking it should be and fulfills the charm prophecy its exterior promises.”

“We stopped here last night to listen to music and have pizza on the outdoor patio. This was our first time here and we loved it! The atmosphere was great and so was Kim and the staff. Our pizza was made in a wood fire stove and was amazing. We will definitely be back!”
