“Nels Anderson Enterprises exceeded our expectations in every way. I put my husband off for over a year when he wanted to preemptively replace our hot water heater. It ended up failing during a week we hosted out of town guests. A call was placed on Friday after normal business hours and a message left for Nels Anderson. Nels returned our call the same evening letting us know that he was out of town but would have someone out the next day. Ryan showed up Saturday morning, evaluated our situation and agreed that the water heater needed replacement. He procured and installed a new water heater the same morning after removing and discarding the old. Ryan was polite, pleasant and knowledgeable. Thanks Nels Anderson for defusing the ” I told you so” situation by resolving it quickly.”
