“Love this class. I've taken yoga for many years with many different instructors. This is one of the nicest. The instructor varies the routines and adds focus on breath and meditation to more standard poses, something you don't find everywhere. The facility is beautiful and conducive to a mindful class. Any level of experience would be welcome here.”
