I had no hope that I would get back to being able to run, weight lift without pain, or let alone cheer stunting and tumbling. Pam and the rest of the team at New Berlin definitely proved me wrong. They pushed me everyday and used so many different types of treatments to get proper motion and strength back to my ankle. Pam also worked wonders with dry needling and other massage techniques (even though they were slightly torturous at the time). It was only intimidating until I walked through the doors. It is so much more than just a great workout. The life lesson chats at the end of class and throughout are the best; topics that all can relate to and apply. The instructors (Master Elliott, Mr Rhodes, and Mr Boyce) are super fun, energetic, and inspiring. There is a reason that "Family" is part of their name. The instructor varies the routines and adds focus on breath and meditation to more standard poses, something you don't find everywhere. The facility is beautiful and conducive to a mindful class.
