“I had a not so good experience with an eye care chain store some years back. I hadn't planned to tell Dr. Yackels about the experience, but as I was sitting in his chair I found myself telling him the whole story. Dr. Yackels didn't dismiss what I was telling him with a sunshine-and-rainbows "well that won't happen here". Instead, he stopped the exam and talked to me. He explained in detail the differences between types of lenses and how properly use them as well as the options that were available to me. At no time did I feel like I was being sold. I did, however, feel informed. Once the exam was done, he asked several times if I had more questions. When he gave my results to his team member, he didn't just dump the paperwork and grab the next person. He took the time to explain what we had talked about in regard to options. Speaking of Dr. Yackels team; WONDERFUL people!!! I have already recommended Dr. Yackels and Team to several of my co-workers. Thank you for an outstanding experience.”
