(May 21, 2021, 10:28 pm)I can say that I had my doubts about acupuncture but as I walked into the office it felt warm and welcoming, then I met Emma ... what an Angel. I went back into the consultation room where I met Dr. Kuo, he listened to my problem and then he taught me about acupuncture and what he would be doing. He is the best Doctor I have seen in a very long time, soft spoken and super gentle, telling you what he will do and then makes sure that you’re doing okay. He does this every time and that showed me that he cares about each patient 100 %, I would recommend everyone to come and experience the wonders of Living Stream Wellness, you will not be sorry.
(January 8, 2021, 12:18 pm)They deserve 5 stars. I highly recommend them. The staff and the doctor are nice, Michele was my therapist, she did acupuncture and I can not tell how professional and nice she is! My problems got resolved.
(October 9, 2020, 10:33 am)They deserve all the stars. Highly recommend this place if you're having fertility issues. My husband and I were trying to get pregnant for six months using ovulation sticks and tracking everything. My friend who is a Doula recommended I try acupuncture. I came to see Dr. Kuo Once or twice weekly for one month I also took Primrose and a couple other supplements and stared at the full moon (recommendation from a hippy friend). Dr Kuo said my energy was blocked up. I got headaches the first three times I went. I think I was getting everything moving again after that I felt like it was very relaxing. The next month my pregnancy test was POSITIVE.
Fast forward nine months later and I'm SO done being pregnant in Poway in September when it's 100 degrees. I was 39+5 days. My Obgyn did a membrane sweep and told me it was unlikely my baby will come in the next week because I was only 1 cm dilated. I immediately called Dr. Kuo and he got me that in that day to help induce labor. The next morning I started having contractions about four hours apart. Dr. Kuo said I should come in daily until labor started. So I came in that day again for the second time for acupuncture. My labor started that night at 10 PM my baby was born The next day on the HARVEST MOON. I used to think acupuncture was voodoo. Now I think it is the best way to help with fertility and recommend it to all my friends. Also Emma Dr. Kuo’s wife at the front desk is the sweetest. And their prices for community acupuncture are very reasonable. Invest in that HSA and See Dr. Kuo.

Lots of flowers to choose from and such cute giftware/home goods. I have half the store decorated in my house! Be sure to stop in when you are by so you can stop and smell the roses.

(September 26, 2019, 4:07 pm)I love this place! They are kind of expensive, as are all full-service floral shops, but they do a FANTASTIC job! I just ordered a floral bouquet for my DIL'S birthday and it was delivered on time and looked absolutely beautiful! You couldn't ask for more from a floral shop :=!
(July 6, 2019, 2:03 am)Everyone is amazing in this office. Dr. Kuo's acupuncture seasons started helping me from my first visit. He is very knowledgeable, proffesional and just a super nice person. Tom is an amazing massage therapist - again, immediate result. Emma, at front desk is super helpful and welcoming. Everyone goes above and beyond to help you...I am very happy I found this place.
(May 20, 2019, 1:00 pm)I appreciate the dedicated and thorough attention to my health and wellbeing that Dr. Catherine Austin provides. It has changed my life! My son has greatly benefited from her astute application of a vast body of knowledge. We both enjoy the professional and comfortable atmosphere and friendly service! The on-site pharmacy is not only handy, it's also top quality. And let's not forget how amazing the medical massage is, especially from Matthew! Overall an all time favorite clinic, a one-stop-shop for Asian medicine and holistic care.
(February 15, 2019, 9:47 am)Excellent flowershop. Whether you're the type that only gets flowers for special occasions or if you regularly keep fresh flowers in the home, the team here is awesome. When we first bought our house down the street CC picked some flowers for us to toast over. Ever since then she's helped by randomly putting together bouquets for us (because everything is better with fresh flowers). Here's what she put together for my wife for Valentine's Day, 6 roses for our 6 years together.

I placed an order for a mixed flower bouquet, and I was originally supposed to pick it up on Valentine's Day for an occasion on Wednesday, 2/15/2017. However, plans changed and the occasion got moved to Friday, 2/17/2017. I called them just to see if they could keep my bouquet there in the fridge until Thursday, and they told me that they were going to make an entire new bouquet because they wanted my flowers to be fresh. I thought this was so generous and going above & beyond, especially considering it was probably their busiest week of the year! Will definitely be going back for all of my flower needs. The arragement also was so beautiful and unique! And I love that they have a "store cat" that they adopted from a shelter!
