He finished the job quickly (less than an hour), had all the parts needed on hand, and didn't mind showing me what he was doing and why. Jon is the company owner, and his family works with him, so he really cares about doing excellent work. His only advertising is through online reviews, so he has to hold himself to a high standard if he wants more business!
