“I've been going there for, well, decades now. I was also surprised by the earlier poor review, but I figured it was someone who didn't understand that "come on in" means "I can help you right now while one customer sits under the dryer and my next customer arrives in 45 minutes". Joan is the owner, and her staff has been consistent all these years. They will cut and style anyone's hair, but yes, they definitely cater to the elderly crowd, and they do check on elderly customers who don't show up for appointments to make sure all is ok. I wouldn't still be going there if I wasn't impressed with what they do.”
