Tom was polite and gave me detailed information about it. He also handed me the keys, told me to take it for a test drive, come back when I was satisfied whether I wanted it or not. I checked under the hood, looked it over throughly. Tom was amazing. He helped me go through the financial process, even though my credit was questionable.
