The price for the tow was very reasonable and the work ended up being covered because we had purchased the tire at Silver Lake. When I needed to pick up the car, a shuttle driver was sent to my home to pick me up. An amazing surprise was my car was washed and vacuumed when I picked it up!! And I received cookies at checkout. The service was outstanding and the attention to detail was superb. In the past, i have used other glass companies and have had misaligned windows, silicone smeared on the mirror, carpet, and the glass, and plastic trim broken. Not with Wisconsin Windshield! “I just wanted to thank Chad and everyone at Carisma Customs for an amazing job on my 2019 Infiniti Q50 red sport in iridium blue. I didn’t think it was possible for a year old car to look better than showroom new! Amazing! It looks wet all the time! I took the photos in the garage to show the glass like surface. One of the pictures is of the top of the rear bumper. Before it went in it had deep scratches in it from someone unknowingly dragging a bin across it that must’ve had some dirt on it. I never thought they would have gotten it all out.....they did! It looks better than new! I could be more happy. In fact I am looking forward to a return visit to have ceramic window tint installed all around. My car means a lot to me; it may not be a 100k+ super car, but it took a lot for me to afford it and I want it protected so it looks amazing for a very long time. The new wheels fit perfectly onto the old spindle of my old truck. These new wheels are superior to the old lock ring wheels. I think they will outlast the truck. Very happy!”
