“Came here to look for dress shoes for my daughter's homecoming dance and received excellent help from a specific man that works here. Upon coming in the store we started looking for the shoe department. As soon as this worker saw us he asked if he could help us find anything and directed us by walking us to that department. By the way, they were out of a lot of dress shoes at that time. Only one kind left and that's the one we ended up getting because they were beautiful. The man was walking by again and asked us if we were alright and had any questions. I asked if that was all the shoes they had and he explained why it was. He was very nice and super helpful. I appreciate stores that have great customer service and I try to continue shopping at. I would recommend this Kohls, but keep an eye out for dress shoes for women not being available or having very little to choose from. This just may be how this store is.”

“To check/compare prices on yarns is strongly recommended. Most prices are same or more as in Knitting Stores local. Many are lower elsewhere. First Off- Love Ben Franklin, the inventory and convenience is hard to beat. Even found clearance skeins marked down to $12 when the norm range is $10-$11 regular price, $8-$9 at many places on line. Another example is Kroy sock yarn. Ben Franklin Price $7.49-$7.99 Most places sells this between $5.50-$6, and Maximes on line for $2 99. Is a nice place to get yarn urgent projects or if you run out . But I feel if buying for a large project, shawl or sweater the project cost will be at a harsh markup when shopping at Ben Franklin.”

Two - not one - customer service gentlemen searched the store for them and couldn't find them, even though inventory showed they had some. Finally, one of the gentlemen TOOK me to the front (as opposed to telling me to go there) where I received excellent customer service from a lady who efficiently entered me into their system and made certain I received a rain check for the sale price on the item. Extremely good service.”

“Just had my kids with me and they were to that point...the "I need to get them home now" point. Had issues with their gift cards and my anxiety was peaking from the situation. My 2 youngest were antsy, the line was growing, and each gift card had an issue for a different reason. I was frustrated and felt my heart racing. Cashier called for help, and the gentleman was quick and so helpful. I'm forever grateful for the customer service today. Thank you! I don't recall his name, but was a thinly built man with longer brown hair pulled back. Thank you so so much! Also made my kids' day that their gift cards from st nick were able to be used. :) AND the male staff who helped when we did a curbside pick up some months ago was above and beyond wonderful!”

Checkout lanes were quick and easy to navigate. While walking past electronics, they had two representatives from Spectrum asking every shopper what cable service they used. “I have had nothing but great experiences at this pharmacy. The pharmacists know me and give me a wave and a “hi Terry “ when I walk by, even if I’m not going to the pharmacy. Everyone there patiently helps me if I’m having issues getting a prescription filled, whether it’s endlessly calling the doctor’s office or the insurance company. In fact, this week they helped me when I needed to get a prior authorization for a medication. So, based on my experiences, I highly recommend using this pharmacy.”
