“I accidentally left my ID at the counter while checking in and I was impressed with the staff working there and them making sure I didn't leave without it! While clearing up getting my ID returned we realized there was an issue with my account and the details in the system and the staff were extremely professional and courteous while resolving the issue. Considering this was only the second time I've ever used a planet fitness and the fact that I was a guest and not a member they still made sure my experience was one of excellence and that I was treated with so much courtesy, I was truly impressed with their customer service! Lastly I'd like to say that the facility was impeccably clean both the equipment and the locker room and the entire time I was working out I constantly saw at least 1 or more staff members cleaning and cleaning well! If I could rate higher then five stars I would and I really wish I could remember the name of the staff member who worked with me so I could mention his awesome customer service in particular because in the world of technology today having customer service excellence has gone done the drain and he proved that people can still be good at helping others and showing courtesy!!!”

I use my car for my business, and he explained they could come to my location to fix it the very same day! Then he gave me an estimate for custom fit cabinets and his price was thousands of $$ less than Menards price for stock sizes with fillers. “Got me in the next day...was so patient while I was an anxious mess. He always does a top notch job and is very quick! I read a complaint from someone on yelp about the shot hurting badly. Yes, it does hurt..especially in the roof of your mouth, but that is because he is going deep enough and using enough to thoroughly numb his patients for extractions or what ever procedure they're having. It is necessary, and is not nearly as painful as it'd be if you went without the deep numbing. Thank you, Dr Wagner and staff yet again for another amazing job! I feel so much better, and I haven't had much discomfort since the first evening. even then, it was nowhere nearly as bad as the pain I had from that tooth before. Thanks!”
