“I had my daughters car towed here because she said it was not running right and the front end was feeling loose. They discovered her car only had a 1/2 quart of oil left in it and we do do regular oil changes but we did go to one of those quick oil change places last time and assumed everything was fine. Thank God we took it in when we did, because not only did they save the engine but also discovered she had 3 out out of 4 wheel bearings that were bad. Rob was not only easy to work with but explained everything he needed to do and he was very fair with the prices for all the hard work he put into her car. “They installed a new dashboard display screen in my Cadillac after other auto service centers declined to do the work. They did a great job. I was disappointed in 2 of the charges on the final invoice. I told them what the problem was after researching on Cadillac info sites. I even brought in the part I purchased. They were reluctant to install my part but they agreed. On the billing was a charge of $149.99 for diagnostics after I informed them of the problem. I was also charged $49.99 for "shop supplies". Can't imagine what those were.”

“I cannot say enough positive things about Mark and Michelle. We were on the road with horses and dogs and we had issues with one of the slides in our RV. They stayed late, they spent hours on the phone with the manufacturer of the parts, they went above and beyond to try and get us fixed. Although they were not successful, it is not for lack of trying. Our next step will be to park our motor home at the dealership for an extended period of time for all of the wiring to be evaluated. But we sure did appreciate the incredible service we received from these folks. They even sent us away with fresh zucchini from the garden! I can't recommend them highly enough.”
