Steve removed all the existing fixtures, relocated piping from old walls that were being removed into new walls, extended gas piping for the new range location, then installed and hooked up new sinks, toilet, faucets, dishwasher, range, and water to fridge. Steve was extremely personable, helpful, and always there when he was needed so that other trades could do their work and the project could stay on track. Everything Steve did seemed to be done as if he was doing it for his own house.”

“I see a bunch of negative reviews and just don't get it. We had a blocked lateral line exiting the septic tank (as it turned out but symptoms were indicative of a few other potential issues as well) I have used them for years with no problems. I called them at 7:10 this morning and a few minutes past 8, the pumper truck showed up. He pumped the tank (stuff was a foot up into the riser, no wonder it wasn't "flushing" properly.) He said the repair guy would be here this afternoon, or tomorrow morning at the latest. About 2:30 they showed up, kid climbed down into the tank and spotted the problem and fixed it. Took about an hour. Don't know what it cost yet but you couldn't pay me enough to climb into my OWN septic tank! 5 stars, they are good enough for me!”

“I worked with John to set up the installation appointment for our new furnace. He was great to work with, was honest, and answered all of my questions right away. The installers showed up on time and were very professional. They finished up ahead of schedule and made sure to clean up afterwards. Their installation looks flawless from what I can tell and they politely answered all of my questions before they left. After they had left, I noticed a typo on the invoice and was being charged a little more than what I was quoted. I texted John and within minutes the issue was handled and I was sent a corrected invoice. They also called to apologize for the typo and made sure I was aware that the price I was quoted was the price I was getting. This is not the first time I have worked with Seider as they also installed a new A/C unit a couple years back and a new water heater earlier this year. Everything has been running perfectly so far. Every single experience I've had with Seider has been nothing short of excellent - from the customer service, to the installations, to the annual maintenance services. They will have my business for the foreseeable future. I don't know how I can trust anyone else at this point based on the great work Seider does!”

He was responsive, flexible with our schedule, and determined to find the best solution for our repair. He found a non invasive way to repair/reattach/glue the pvc pipe back together where it was lacking adhesive in the first place.
