Within a few hours Ben & Roy were here with a new water heater. They took care to keep my floors clean from the snow outside and left my space better than they found it. “Jensen installed our Heating and A/C in 1992. On a recent check up I was advised it needed replacing. No worries, I got my moneys worth after almost 30 years. I worked with Kenny on the project, came up with best models for our home, then Kenny had Troy and Kyle come out and in one 8 hour day they installed both, they work great and look great. They tested it all out and made sure all was OK before leaving. I am the son of a tradesman, they worked hard and took care of business, very impressive. They even cleaned up after themselves, (see pictures). Just super. If you need work done like this call Jensen, then ask for Kenny, Troy, and Kyle ! “This is the only plumber I've used that I've felt certain the problem would be fixed permanently and efficiently. Our tankless water heater stopped working because of scale and we couldn't fix it since whoever installed it didn't install the bypass valves that are supposed to go with it for maintenance, and it ended up springing a leak as well. Brian Wright plumbing was the only plumber out of all the ones we contacted who said they could put the bypass valves in for us, and let us know it was still under warranty so we could get it replaced. We decided to upgrade to a larger model and he gave us a run down of all the options they had available and the pros and cons for each, as well as a accurate price estimate, and ordered it right away. It's so nice to have hot water again, and it's nice to know there's a plumber in the area we can depend on.”
