“I had gone here several times with my sister, who lived near Baldwin. It was her favorite local place to eat. When she passed away last month, we all met at her house to get things squared away. At the end of the day, we decided to go to the Phoenix for supper. It was shortly after that when we decided to hold her celebration of life at their event center. I called Kristin, their event coordinator, and she explained our options for rooms, food, etc... She was very helpful and made sure we were considering everything we needed for our event. I felt confident going into the day, knowing at least our venue was ready. We had to bring our own flowers, centerpieces, and pastor, of course, but the Phoenix provided us with a beautiful room, comfortable seating and dining, a projector, screen and microphone, and delicious food afterward. I really can't say enough about how well we were treated and accommodated. It's not that we were super demanding, I don't think, but I really got the sense that they wanted this to be a memorable and stress-free experience, such as it was. Chelsea, our server/supervisor, did an amazing job of communicating with me when we needed more food ordered, and she ran the whole room by herself! Oh, and the prices were so reasonable for what we got. I doubt we will ever have an event here again, but I would highly recommend them because of what they did for us,”

“I stopped here for dinner today. It is Friday. They had a lot of options for their fish fry. They had everything from cod to walleye. I got the bluegill! It was delicious. I really liked the tarter sauce, it had large chunks of pickles in it. It came with a choice from a long list of items for a side. I got the garlic red potatoes. And the dinner came with the soup and salad bar! All for a great price of $14.99. It was a great deal! Great food and great service. I give this place two thumbs up for tonight's dinner.”

“Y'all know I love my KT!!! Stopped here on today to fill up (missed stopping at Sam's Club when I left home!) Gas is expensive everywhere so not even complaining about that! My 2 yr old gran baby literally bulldozed thru the whole store, bumping into folks and on a mission. People were so friendly and didn't complain. The employees all seemed happy and communicated well with each other. No beer cooler, which surprised me. But, checkout was awesome. The staff is fast, friendly, and ready to make you feel comfortable as you enter the place. I had a question about one of the options in the menu, and the answer was given right away. My husband also had a question about his choice and the waitress went to ask before making it up. She was great! I loved the environment, food, and the so many choices and flexibility of the place for those with dietary restrictions. They also sell cakes, cookies and more with gluten-free options. I didn’t see any sugar-free options, though. Coffee tastes good here and they refill your cup as soon as it’s empty and as many times as you want. Prices are reasonable when you look at the size of the serving. We would definitely come back for more!”

“Excellent and well manicured course. Fairways are a bit on the hard side, but this is due to the lay of the land in the area. It does add a fun challenge when adjusting from other local courses. “Updating my review because this restaurant saved my life during the lockdown. They are fast, always get my orders right, and have some really delicious things on the menu. I think my experience below was uncommon. Their egg drop soup is delicious, their fried rice and noodle dishes are flavorful and delicious. They put a lot of pork and chicken into the dishes if you order one of those. Maybe don't get shrimp, but do eat here! Ordered the Mongolian shrimp and got literally 6 shrimp and a bunch of onions. Don't get shrimp from them; it's a rude rip-off. That is not Mongolian shrimp, even by low American standards.”

“My husband and I just sort of stumbled upon Ishnala Supper Club around 3pm on a Friday. We saw a line of people and figured it must be worth checking out. The couple in front of us in line really talked up Ishnala. We ended up getting a couple drinks and hanging out at the newly finished bar outside. The drinks were mixed well and went down smoothly. Our table was ready exactly at the time they projected. I ordered the baked French onion soup, salmon with vegetables - I was impressed with everything I ordered. My husband ordered the cheese curds and those were also delightful. The service was top notch and the views were stunning. The water sparkles in the sunshine and the overall feeling at Mirror Lake is so peaceful. We would love to take any house guests to Ishnala for the true Wisconsin supper club experience. We will definitely be back!”

We got the super nachos as an appetizer and they were super awesome! The burgers were really good as well.
