“Great for young kids. Boys are 4 and 7, easy to park with short walk to towers. Lots picnic tables and bathrooms. Splash pad is really nice with a pool next to it. 3 ft to 4 1/2 feet deep I believe. You have to pay $2 for adults and $1 for kids. Also we went on forth July, came at 11 but pool didn't open until 12. Says on website it's 11 foe holidays - not sure which holiday they mean.”

“Mark did an amazing job helping us out with our destination wedding in Mexico! He set up everything, from our flights, to our stay at the all-inclusive resort, to the hotel we stayed at in Chicago the night before our flight and where we were able to park our vehicle in their secured parking garage, to transportation to and from the resort. He opened up dialogue between myself and the wedding coordinator at the resort. He was readily available to answer any questions and/or concerns, from both myself and all our wedding guests. He went above and beyond! If there were any issues with anything, he would get them resolved promptly. I highly recommend contacting Mark if you are looking at booking any trips. “As described, quiet and secluded, place is dog friendly which is why we picked it. FYI there is a steep hill leading to the cabin so have to be careful when backing out when leaving. There are a couple of outdoor lights but if you have a dog and take them out at night I suggest bringing a good flashlight with as you are in the woods and once the sun goes down it is super dark. Place does provide: cooking utensils, silverware, cuttery, plates, bowls, glass, cups, stove, microwave, toaster, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, extra blankets, card table and 6 chairs, ironing board and iron, DVD player and dvds. It has 2 bedrooms on the main floor and another bed up stairs loft. I would return again. The only reason I gave 4 out of 5 stars is when we were staying you can hear an animal I’m thinking a squirrel scratching in the walls and in the ceiling as well as screeching and running around. You hear it in the morning and then as evening approached so had a hard time sleeping. Not sure if others had same problem. Did fill out a questionnaire and wrote about it so they could be aware.”

“I went here for 2 years as a girl scout for a week each year of riding. I cannot say enough about them. I am now 48 and remember this as the highlight of my youth. They were knowledgeable they helped me learn so much. When we went it was not just about the riding. It was about The full responsibility of riding. What you had to do before and after Not just have it set up for you to do..Caring for the horses cleaning bits putting everything away correctly and horse care itself.Well limited horse care like hooves and wormers. Cooling them down after the day as well as cleaning them. brushing them after they're wet down, cleaning them. I can't thank them enough for all of the enjoyment they gave me then. Now I have to see about camp for my daughter she's in a program now called Reins which is excellent It helps her with her seizures and other issues.”
