“As my wife and I were packing up our first truck, we were running out of room and needed a second truck ASAP! Germantown Budget Truck Rental had one ready to go in about 2 hours! The truck worked flawlessly! The day I picked up the truck, it was -8° outside. They turned on the truck about 10 minutes before my arrival time and it was all warmed up by the time we got there. “I rent from Enterprise (keno) about 1-2 times a month. I will never rent a car from anywhere else. This company makes it a fast and easy process from when I pick up the car to dropping it off. They even have a drop box to put the keys just in case you return the car when business hours are closed, which is convenient. The staff is always generous and ready to help with anything. My suggestion is if you are wanting to rent a car from here, it's best to reserve a car ahead of time online, they do get busy and i definitely see why. Ryan was able to help us stay in the current vehicle we were in because of an accident. This location and Madison were so helpful in explaining things and helping me try and get an initial vehicle and staying in the current one. I should be paying them my insurance premium for the month since my insurance has been ZERO HELP!! Ryan was informative and was able to set up another RA under the insurance and we were in and out within 10 minutes. I know where we will rent from again if we need something for a trip etc. The hours are harder to accommodate for my schedule, but worth it since the employees have been so helpful and honest. Thank you for being honest, kind and helpful. I've seen comments about being denied trying to use a debit card, it states right one the main website you CANNOT rent with a debit card, that is very common and for someone to give a bad review because of that should know the facts before making a negative review. It's their company policy just like all the other vehicle rental companies.”
