This company was recommended to my MIL by a friend and they were quite accommodating when we the bridal party was running an hour late on 9/15/18 (we paid an additional fee which I was ok with). The Mercedes-Benz sprinter van was sparkling, had a lovely interior, and everyone had a seat... well, I sat between two for both weddings as my outfit required additional space. Thank you for such wonderful service.”

“Have you ever landed at BNA and you immediately want to take all the medication so you don't have to realize you're there... well now you can quit your pill addiction and land at the Springfield Airport, management is sent by the God Thor to protect and serve the people and customers of this airport. The surrounding area of "ROBOCO" is great, except Sunday, since they shut down the whole town for a spiritual pow wow. They literally have the best fuel prices...rumor is they sacrifice dinosaurs in the hangars to make their own fossil fuel and turn it into Jet A fuel or however that process works. Overall...20/10 do recommend.”

“Son took 30 minute intro\scenic from St. Pete Albert Whitted airport. Met at the gate by instructor, very personable. Two thing to remember: one, tarmac is hot in summer, only shade is other aircraft wings; two, 30 minutes is from engine ON, not in air. Pick a busy day and a good portion of the flight could be on the taxiway. Not something under their control.”

“Very nice place. Attended the balloon festival for 2018. Nicely managed. Offered rides through biplanes, kids are busy with jumping through the inflated structure. Must watch colorful balloons, and are lit in the night. Enjoy the food, music while watching the colorful balloons. Remember to take chairs and umbrellas.”

“On Thursday evening at Delta gate 34, I witnessed two employees waiting for the plane to arrive. They were the wheelchair contract staff. One was training the other. The gentleness and care the trainer talked to the new person on how to care for a passenger in a wheelchair was heart warming. He told the new person to be genuine and caring for the person he would be responsible for. To ask the passenger how their flight went and how they were really feeling so the new person could give the best possible professional service. I was impressed. What a great staff person, contracting company, Delta and GSO. This was such a positive experience and I felt honored to witness it. Great work!”

“Excellent fuel pit area with jet A and 100LL nice card machine with cover and the pumps have lights and auto reels, quick access in a small town 4,000’ of runway with power lines after the 09 dep. end otherwise it’s wide open. Lights worked nice and they’ve got careflight services out of KPLD which means there’s generally someone around on standby. They just got a crew car and it’s a nice Ford Focus, use it to go to el Camino a little Mexican place about 3 blocks away.”
