“My son and I come out here to do some plane spotting. It's not very active but it's nice and quiet out here. The desert scenery is beautiful during sunset. You can sometimes catch the sky divers practicing. There was supposed to be an airplane museum built out here at one time. Hopefully they're still working on that. Fingers crossed. If you're able to catch it, the annual Buckeye Air Fair is a lot of fun. A great family event that I highly recommend. Bring your walking shoes.”

“Great smaller airport. Parking was easy In and Out. Ticketing was located in a different building than the terminal. A little confusing, but there were people positioned to direct you where u need to be. TSA was a breeze compared to larger airports. I enjoyed practically NO line to get thru. Once you get thru into the secured area there's coffee and a few Eateries as well as a couple c-stores to pick up last minute conveniences. I really enjoyed utilzing this location. And I will in future again!”

“We just flew in for a short visit with a friend who lives nearby. We thought of going out somewhere together once we got there, but decided the terminal building was so nice and comfortably appointed, our time together was better spent at the terminal than anywhere else! Great place, comfortable places to sit, like a nice hotel lounge area. Really nice pilot's lounge too!”

“Outstanding customer and the best helicopter we've used. Highly recommend their services and will definitely be using them again. Mitch and Nelson go the extra mile to ensure we came away with a positive experience. Can't speak more highly of how impressed we were. Their equipment and facilities are outstanding. From the moment we first talked we were impressed with their professionalism and customer service. Great job guys and look forward to next time!”

“Never have any issues with delays or lay overs. It's such a quiet place it's almost kind of strange. I've probably flown out of here 10 times and always smooth transactions. Even when I pick up friends or family it's easy as pie. It's clean and the employees are helpful but everything is pretty self explanatory. Parking is not an issue and the cell phone parking area is close to pick up. No complaints.”

“Planes planes & planes. The Pinal County Airpark, located in Marana, Arizona, northwest of Tucson, is a county-owned airport just north of the Pinal/Pima county line along Interstate 10. It was originally known Marana Army Air Field. On the grounds of the airport are a variety of tenants, both private sector and government. One primary function is serving as a "boneyard" for civilian commercialaircraft as well as airliner storage, reconfiguration, and reclamation. Out-of-service airliners are stored there since the dry, low humidity of the Sonoran desert provides an ideal storage environment. Unfortunately I’ve visited this airfield Dec 2021 when no tour was available anymore due to COVID But the friendly staff let you drive around and take as many pictures you want. Remember to be respectful always and not litter”
