“Walmart is a ever changing place. With the Santa bells outside, and stress faces employees working behind the counter. It's come a long way from the friendly face greeting at the door. ("Welcome to walmart." They used to say) Lately, my experience at Walmart (Biscoe), seems to be a noticeable change in the atmosphere and level of customer service over time. It's not understandable missing the friendly faces and helpful assistance that was once more prevalent at the store. Even more once it was important for businesses to provide a positive shopping experience to their customers, and it seems like there's room for improvement in this particular location. I hope that Walmart takes customer feedback into consideration and works on improving their customer service, restocking proceduress putting up stocks or leaving pallets in the aisles. While customers are shopping in the store, and overall store experience for the elderly. What happen to the blue light sales?The parking lot looks great. It's always great to have friendly and helpful employees, friendly location, who make shopping enjoyable.”

I stopped to get a novelty cupcake as a gift. “I was passing by this area and decided to stop by Waffle Studio for fun. I was pleasantly surprised by how good this place is! They have a variety of delicious waffles, teas, and coffees to choose from. I ordered the strawberry waffle, which was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, topped with fresh strawberries and whipped cream. It was so good that I almost finished it by myself. I also tried the house salted coffee and the coconut coffee blended, both of which were smooth and flavorful. The house salted coffee had a nice balance of sweet and salty, while the coconut coffee blended was creamy and refreshing. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the cafe was cozy and cute. They have a lot of decorations and seating options, perfect for a small chat or a relaxing break. The prices were reasonable for the quality and quantity of food and drinks. I would definitely come back here again and try their other waffle flavors, such as pandan, sesame. Waffle Studio is a hidden gem in South El Monte that deserves more recognition and customers. One of my friends bought two pretzels, one for herself and one for her husband and ended up "accidentally" eating his as well! Needless to say she had to go back and get another one for her husband. When she told me about it all she could say was, "they were so soft"! They are that good! On a recent visit my husband and I were more than impressed with the level of service we received. The folks here are always friendly, welcoming and accommodating! I don’t like a lot of salt or butter on my food. Most pretzel places I have visited don’t want to make a fresh pretzel to accommodate my food restrictions. However, when I ask Thomas who was helping us, about getting a pretzel made without the butter and salt he did not give me a hard time. He told me how long it would take to bake and even brought it out to me when it was done. The pretzel was soft and fluffy as usual, very delicious! My husband also enjoyed his Dutch Almond Pretzel as well. This place is and will be our go to spot for soft pretzels.”

My whole family just has to have the chicken salad on the Cresent rolls, they are so delicious! My most recent experience was even more enhanting as this place has started to open their new location with tea rooms, I was invited to a tea at the new location. I am not normally a tea person but this was truly a rememberable event and changed that for me. The teas were delicious and by the end of the evening I wished I lived closer.
