At my oldest’s consultation he advised us that his teeth were great and there was a little cosmetic adjustments that could be made, but otherwise he was good and did not need braces. My youngest son did need braces and we are going through that process now. They have been extremely helpful and understanding at all appts and when he has broken brackets and wires. Dr. Emerson assured him it was just part of the process until he gets the heavier wires in and the brackets get a good seal. They always work him in and we greatly appreciate it. Dr. Emerson and his staff cares about his patients and it shows!”

They were able to get her in right away when other offices were booked out for 3+ months. All of the staff were so kind and caring. “Schacter orthodontist deserves 100 stars my two kids just finished their brace’s treatment. We drive from Westlake Village to their location, my husband said he only wanted the best orthodontics for our family. Dr Robert straightened my husbands teeth in 1993 and he always remembered how kind he was so when he googled to see if they were still open he was delighted to see Dr Robert practicing with his son Dr Warren. They truly care about their patients my kids love going to the orthodontist they are very gentle and never rush. Dr Warren is very knowledgeable and very straight forward he explains the process of moving the teeth every step of the way. The staff is wonderful and Arthur the pup is adorable. I have referred many friends here and they also love it. Both of my kids have beautiful smiles and they get compliments all the time even their dentist said their ortho treatment is impeccable. I highly recommend this place you will not be disappointed!!”
