Erik was great, kind, polite and fast! He is truly a hidden gem! He was at my house in 30 min and without hesitation he started working to find the issue. He not only fixed our main problem but he also fixed other bad outlets and helped us installing a fixture. We'll definitely use him again whenever we want some electrical work in our home. “I am the owner and have tried to claim this ad. I am responding to the 1 star complaint.. first off this guy was telling me how to do my job. He does not own the home, nor did he call me. His parents own the home and I work for them. as far as cussing I did say a couple of choice words to him. and I should not have said them. His own daughter said they cuss around the child frequently. As far as the customer is always right, that is not always the case. If I did everything my customers have suggested, I would short some customers!! Our lights were flickering, and it was overloading, but our breakers were not popping, so in the potentially dangerous situation, they came out and did what they could so we had safe power over the weekend. They were professional and pleasant and explained everything that was going on, they came back on Monday and installed the new panel in 2 days, and now I have power again.
