“Queen Anne Electric does great work at competitive prices. I needed to upgrade the electrical service at my 1920s home to 200 amp service. I solicited bids from four different electricians. Justin came to my home to provide the estimate. He listened to my goals, made some suggestions, but didn't try to upsell me. I decided to go with Queen Anne based on my comfort level and on the price. Everything about working with Justin and Isabella and the rest of the crew (especially Adam) at Queen Anne was easy. And I was billed exactly as set forth in the estimate/bid. Additionally, after Queen Anne Electric had installed the new service, I realized I needed an additional circuit installed for my new heating system (there was a miscommunication with the heating company as to whether the heating company would run the circuit). But Queen Anne came to the rescue and fit me into a slot in their schedule on short notice. I'm really happy with their service and would recommend Queen Anne Electric without reservation.”

“After a scare of smoke coming out of one of our light switch boxes and the fire department coming out we called Reddy after hours and they called us back fast. Patrick let us explain the situation and he was very knowledgeable and nice. He called back and said that the situation would be safe until morning since the power was cut off to that switch and that they wanted us to not be worried or loose unnecessary money with an after hours call. Ron was our electrician the next day and he got to us on time. I’m not kidding when I say that he was like your dad who explained everything so easily and put our minds at ease. Literally the nicest guy and just a vast amount of knowledge. Quick fix to a loose wire nut and he was done. Very professional and cleaned up after himself. You’d think he was related to you by how nice he treats you. Definitely a good company with good electricians who aren’t out to steal your money.”

Kent and his son Shane came out right on time, did the work, and Kent listened and did exactly what I needed. Not only that, the price was really right! So of course, a few days later, I discovered I had more things I needed them for ;) They came out again on short notice, and spent quite a bit of time addressing a complex situation with electrical conduit and two different electrical panels. This required some ingenuity, and even with all of that, the charge was modest. “Called in an urgent need of electrical repair early in the morning and one of the owners, Jeremy came right out. It ended up being a small issue and he fixed it within minutes. I decided to gi ahead and have them change out the entire electrical.panel because the original one was outdated and unsafe. They gave me a written quote for the work. After getting the breaker box and materials work started. Jeremys partner also came to the house to help work on the breaker box replacement and get my electric restored asap. They both worked non stop until it was complete and then swept the floor where they worked. I did research on thr average price for entire breaker box replacement and they were below the average. For the work done and the amount of time they were here I feel like I got a great deal. The only issue I had, which was more annoying than anything, was the amount of time it took to get the supplies needed. I felt it was excessive. But, overall I am willing to deal with that little annoyance in exchange for the price and the quality of work I got. Also, both Jeremy and his partner (didnt catch his name) are very polite and took the time to answer my questions. Im already planning on using them again for additional work in my house.”
