“This five star review goes to Lisa in the deli this is not a reflection off the store itself and the other employees. When I approach the deli counter and there was a man and a woman far left laughing and having a conversation and there was two other employees slicing meat and cheese they seemed busy and occupied I stood at the counter for a little over five minutes the entire time I stared at the employees that were having a conversation curious and wondering why they kept looking at me yeah it did not take the time to stop and come help me as I stood at the hot bar. One of the employees slicing meat turn her head and said can you please go help The customer waiting at the hot bar he responded to her but I’m not sure what he said but he never came to help me nor did the lady that he was talking to that had a hairnet on. I was been approached by a lady name Lisa will apologize for my wait and was attentive I explain to her that I was very appreciated that she stopped what she was doing just to come help me she did the right thing and I truly believe that she showed what customer service is all about and it’s hard to find that nowadays it seems like a lot of retail businesses are slacking on customer service short on staff which is not in their control but it just doesn’t seem like people care about their jobs anymore these days . Thank you so much Lisa your service was definitely noticed”

“Somehow this Publix was landscaped with shade trees by design or shopping center builder. Far too few Publix have shade trees. Maybe adding trees would be a reward for shoppers and help the environment and planet. Many stores could be expanded and updated for shoppers, allowing for 2 way shop aisles and removing set up displays worthy of Olympic bobsled training courses. This store is better than most, but shoppers are subjected to fractional overhead bulbs working for the most part. Shoppers may buy more if they can see it properly ? Let's make the stores and the planet better where we do not have to squint to get around. Excuse me this review was meant for the Publix on W. Broward Blvd.whose trees are a tremendous asset. My mistake.”

“Go here if you want anything Italian!!! Do you homemade pasta he’s incredible and so reasonably. Grab some other for shaved Parmesan which is at the same counter as the fresh pasta. Also got frozen, cooked, easy prep mussels for under $5! Some of the prices are expensive but if you buy the sale items, you can find some great deals. I got a big container of super fresh spinach for only two dollars which is half the price of the grocery store and looked way better. We made an appetizer, shrimp and pasta with mussels for under $20. Yummy desserts!”
