Street access is difficult since it comes up to a large intersection and a crazy busy Arco station so you can only access going north on Goldenwest, but other than that I prefer coming here to Home Depot's garden center just up the road. We stopped here on Mother’s Day on the way to my in-laws house after stopping at several places (ie Walgreens, grocery stores - all of which were unsurprisingly sold out) for a nice bouquet to add to the gift we were giving my MIL. Knowing that Mother’s Day is the busiest day of the year for all florists, I was fully expecting to be turned away. It was already a little later in the afternoon, but I was extremely happy to see they still had plenty of flowers and all hands on deck. There was virtually no wait even tho there were several other customers and everyone working was busy with various arrangements. They were extremely friendly and helpful. I told them how much I wanted to spend on a spring mix bouquet and they started on it right away. It turned out to be a beautiful selection of flowers, wrapped neatly and professionally... and they even tied a bow with a beautiful wide, sheer, purple wired ribbon. Just perfect and well worth every penny! The flowers were without a doubt fresh and well handled/cared for. The team working there that day was just great. For being the busiest day of the year everyone working were so at ease and seemed to be having fun. It definitely had a calming influence on me & just helped me feel I was in good hands. I walked in frazzled, stressed, & desperate and I walked out relieved and excited to give that beautiful bouquet to my MIL... she absolutely LOVED it!!! Thank you SO very much!!”

Weeks Roses had accidentally sent a different plant instead, but instead of reaching out, they kindly sent a note with their apologies in the correct order and said that I can go ahead a keep the plant. I'm unsure as to what it'll turn out to be (although I assume it's a rose!), but that is still a kind gesture on their part, which also tells you that they are a customer-focused company. “Mother's Day I had a delivery from Bloom Flowers & Gifts. Unfortunately, I was not home. A note was left on my door to call. I did so, and my flowers were delivered at almost 730pm. I was so thankful that they took the time to "try again". The flowers are lovely! I called them 2 days later to thank them for their Wonderful Customer Service. I was told that their delivery vehicle had been stolen Friday afternoon, full of deliveries for this busy Mother's Day.
